I have trained with Adam on and off over the years. Adam is one of the most knowledgeable, personal trainers that I have ever worked with. Started working with Adam in 2023. At first, I was a little apprehensive having just transitioned from my last PT of 5 years. My decision was quickly squashed when I started seeing results I never reached with my last trainer. I was finally seeing my body change and shape into the body I wanted. Adam’s programs are custom-made and he’s so knowledgeable and passionate about his clients results. Unlike other trainers I’ve had that don’t track progression, or use my time to gab, Adam is hyper focused during the hour spent with him to ensure that easy exercise is done properly, that each rep is hit with max effort and supports you whether you’re having a good, bad or ugly-kind-of-day! He shows up for you if you are willing to show up for him. Best trainer I’ve had ever. I’ve only stopped working with Adam because I moved away or else I would be subscribed for life!

Adam is an excellent coach to assist in whatever goals you have set out for yourself fitness wise. He will tailor your needs to your personal goals and explain to you the reasoning behind his plan of action. I worked with him for over a year as a relatively new gym goer, and saw excellent progress during that time. I also came away with a ton of knowledge to help continue my fitness journey after moving. I was a very thin guy who couldn't lift 5-10 pounds properly due to my poor appetite, making it tough for me to progress. However, Adam transformed my physique and internal strength completely within a few months. I trained with Adam for a few months until he unfortunately had to leave Toronto. To give a little background of myself, I was postpartum and also suffer from a rare auto-immune disease that affects my muscles and other connective tissue. However, I was still determined to regain strength and just generally live healthier. What I loved about working with Adam is that he really listens to what your needs are and tailors a program that's challenging enough for your skill level. He also looks at your overall health habits, and makes suggestions to ensure you get the best out of the program. If I was feeling any pain from a workout, Adam was quick to adapt the exercise so that I wouldn't injure myself. At the time, I was the fittest I've ever been. Adam is very dedicated and passionate about what he does, and you can really see it when you work with him.

Great work spreads fast!. I was told about a trainer in town with great skills, I joined to gain weight. Adam/ trainer is really great assessing needs and worked for the goal in small incremental steps. During the journey, if felt doing any exercise wrongly, he corrects it quickly and mentions the science behind it!. Very flexible with the schedules as well, really works the best for the needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5/5 for his service. Regarding making to the goal, in 3 months with his help gained 6 kgs of weight!.

Adam is a listener and that makes for a great trainer. I love his wholistic approach to my training as he not only makes sure I know the physical movements but encourages me to have healthy eating habits and even take care of my mental health. On days that I was "off" he adjusted without even being told and that is key. A trainer that cares.

i have been going to adam for about a year. i came to him being out of shape wanting to improve my life and pysical atributes. he went above and beyond what other trainers have done in the past for me. i have 5 different trainers in my life as having a proper workout plan and structure is important to me. i had a terrible experiance with all of them as they didnt listen to my specific needs and monitor my progress and just ended up "breaking me" for the week ahead. instead of building me up slowely with proper form and guildance with workots specificallt tailored to my needs. whenever i have questions needed an explaination he never made me feal stupid for asking instead educated me cause there is so much misinformation out there. and as far as his price point which to me isnt as important as the quality of trainer but thats me. its the most affordable from any of the trainers i have had for what he provides .he has a full gym set up and an online platform as well . long story short hes an excellent trainer for really whatever your goals are from beginner to body builder . you cant go wrong with adam i will be staying with him for as long as he will have me.
